"Lived here for 2 years, and have many positive things to say about this property. Great location that is pretty hard to beat, and all of downtown is easily reachable by foot or a short car ride. The building is very nice and the apartments all have a good modern feel with lots of room and nice appliances. The indoor parking garage and small community gym are very nice features that most people don't realize how nice it is to have in a populated downtown area. Maintenance has always been quick to respond, and the apartment managers are super nice and easy to work with consistently no matter what the subject may be. There are always plenty of options out there, but I have yet to find a better apartment that offers all of the features that 1910 on Water does!"
